Our gated private community is located within Dobson Ranch comprising of 126 units, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, moats for fishing and animal watching, and grassy areas for our pets.

Lake Park Village is excited to introduce our Homeowner Portal! Now our homeowners can make a payment, report an issue, submit documents, find valuable information and more all in one spot!

Meetings

The Lake Park Village Condo Board of Directors Meetings are generally held the first Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. The Executive Session will be held following the Board Meeting. Meetings are held on zoom.
